Seems like I'm experiencing the same bug with Sandbox Business account after Upgrading to PayPal Pro.
Can someone from PayPal ck my acc to see if it's been properly linked.

Hello,
Unfortunately this is known issue with new upgrades to payments pro.
We're working on it and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.
I'll post in this sticky'd thread once it's been resolved.
