merchant-sdk for PHP

Is there any new version for merchant-sdk for PHP (https://github.com/paypal/merchant-sdk-php). We have integrated this and we want a newer version of this with new features such as instalments. If it is not available what are the available options. We don't want to process payment within the page but redirect to paypal for the payment processing
