Paypal not receiving money in INR via website checkout sdk

I have integrated checkout SDK with USD as currency, my account accepts INR & USD as currency.
In sand box I am able to receive money via USD, UK but not INR.
In Live it does not with INR, as I dont US card, can not test that.
