I want to use native checkout paypal sdk in one of my cleints android app but one of the eligibility criteria is to use this app is merchants should be in the US and Europe, what does this criteria actually mean?. My client has a business account in paypal but he is from germany, so does it mean I would not be able to use the native checkout paypal sdk for the android app?
