Hi everyone! Currently, we're using PayPal with PHP integration (express checkout & billing agreement setup and credit card form with nvp API). We have manual purchase UI and automation which use future payments and reference transactions.
Now we migrating to NodeJS / React and using:
For frontend - react-paypal-button-v2 component
For backend - paypal-rest-sdk
I integrated one-time payments without any issue.
Now I want to replicate the same behaviour as we have in php realization:
- user choose to pay via Paypal: if pay first time, we generate a billing agreement and when user redirected to Paypal, user approve that agreement and process payment
- when user pay via credit card we use reference transactions for future payments
