How to download FIRC statements that are older than a year?

I needed FIRC statements that are pertaining to April 2023 to March 2024 in order to respond to some queries from my Bankers. However, in the reports section, it only shows FIRC statements from October 2023 onward.

I am facing the same issue, and there is no way to get the answer on Paypal. Seems like some bug, I am not sure, why they are not getting fine from the RBI, as it is mandatory to provide the FIRC to its customers.

Lot of FIRCs are missing from the FIRC download center, for more than 50% of transactions. Seems like some software bug, and I keep getting the automated response from their help that go here and download.

Question is how to get the FIRCs which are missing due to some bug in PayPal's system?

We need to submit it to Govt. for tax purpose and we are stuck for past 3 weeks.
