How to claim the FIRA for the transaction does in the 2016 years?

I received over 10 transactions in 2016 and would like to request the FIRA for those transactions.

Could you please guide me on how I can claim my FIRA?

Hello bhushan, did you get get FIRA yet? If so, can you share how you managed to get it. My request to citibank (with FIRA fee, Letter on Letter Heard and copying mail to my branch manager has not got me anything till now. Its been 25 days now.
