Users have reported failed credit card issues when making donation*.
How can we generate a "Failed Transactions Report"? Activity reports, under Reports, do not offer option for declines / issues / failed transactions.
*Multiple users have cited that when going to make a donation via Credit Card (not Paypal button) when they enter CC information, it only allows expire dates in or past 2029. And / Or - not accepting CC numbers at all and reporting as "failed" or "error". We cannot replicate this on our end via mobile or computer devices. Have reported to PP tech and they stated to reach-out to community.
