Got notice from IRS that Paypal reported 2020 income but there is no 1099 form to download

I got a notice from the IRS that PayPal reported income for 2020 but there is no 1099 form to download from the Paypal tax center.

 

How can I get a statement from Paypal as to where or not I was reporting eligible ($20,000 in payment AND 200 transactions)?
