1099 statement info

The help center says to go to Activity, then Statements, and I can see my tax info. I can't get past Activity, even when I choose statement dates. What am I doing wrong?

I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to navigate to the reporting page. What happens when you get to Activity?

Instructions say to navigate to activity page and click statements link.

There is no statements link.  Top of page has links for Summary, Activity, Send/request, Wallet, Deals, Help, Log-out

Page allows me to select different dates, and has a search window.  No links.

Below are my transactions, with an option to change that to 'cash plus'.

Bottom of page has links for Help, Contact, Security, Fees.

No statement link.
