a seller on ebay stated they would refund or replace an item i had bought.i recently purchased 2 tiger shrimp on ebay,when they arrived 1 was dead,i contacted the seller ,and was told they would refund or replace the dead 1. well that was not true at all after many tries i finally reported them to PAYPAL.they told me they did not refund,read the auction,,,i will never buy from those people again. mycompleteaquarium.com/////// A LITTLE FISHY.LLC
