Transaction export via CSV file: details of item missing

Back in June, there was a message thread here (https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Reporting-and-tracking/Download-export-transaction-history/m-p/2... that illustrated how to dump your transactions to a CSV file.

 

BUT.....when I do that, I don't get the "Item_ID" field although the buttons are programmed correctly with a unique Item_ID and a unique Item_Description field.

 

How can I get the CSV/Excel file to include the item numbers for each transaction?

 

It may be that I am using "shopping cart" buttons since each line transaction says "Shopping Cart" instead of the individual product ID?

 

HELP fast please.
