I've had Quicken set up to download my transactions from PayPal for about two years, now.
As long as I can remember, PayPal has been leaving out some of the transactions that it gives to Quicken. Almost always, it drops my shipping payments.
For example, a few days ago, I sold 4 eBay items to 4 different people. I used the same shipping (USPS Priority Mail envelope) to ship them all, so I had 4 payments to eBay shipping for the same amount.
However, when I download my transactions, I end up with entries for all four item sales and only ONE of the shipping purchases.
Like I said, this has been happening as long as I can remember. Does anybody know how to fix it, or if PayPal is ever planning to fix it on their end?
