There is currently a problem connecting to PayPal from QuickBook Online. I have been told by QBO support to downlord my PayPal transactions to a .QBO or .QBX, or .OFX file. None of these file types are available for downloading PayPal history. It should not be necessary to buy and use a converter to do this. PayPal should correct the technical problem with QBO ASAP, but should aslo create the ability to downlond to one of the QBO file types.
