When I open the report, there are amounts that are linked tomore detailed accounts. Click on the link you can open the more detailed report for that entry. Used to do this al the time to separate cost of sales, etc.
I can no longer access those individual reports. I click on the link and get a blank page. I need this info. In particular, I need to know what is incuded under Other Activity: Other.
I just bumped into the same issue. It would appear that financial statement reports work fine until 20th of October or so, but when a report goes past that date the Details link will show "- No data available -" instead of listing the transactions.
I spoke to Paypal customer service. I was told that the detail should be available after the 15th of the month following the month it is for - so after November 15th for October. I thought I was able to access it sooner in the past but I just tried downloading September and it worked. I'm not sure if that answers your questions exactly but thought I would offer it.
I also talked to PayPal Customer Support by phone on November 2, and was told that this was a known problem and that it would be fixed in about 48 hours. I can't explain why different callers are given different answers, but this is a concern. I really can't wait until the middle of the next month to reconcile my accounts and make my payouts. I think I will try an e-mail request for support
