Missing transactions in my history

Hi. I'm missing a transaction where I should have received $399 Nov 5th and then a subsequent payment for half that to MissionFish. There's no mention of it at all on my history, even though I have emails confirming that the payments were received/sent. Any help would be much appreciated!

Welcome to the community! 🙂

 

Based on your description, I'm going to guess there are few probable scenarios here:

 

1.  The email address that you received the payment notifications to is not confirmed on your PayPal account.  You can check that in the email section of the PayPal Profile settings.

or

2.  The emails you received were not authentic and no payments were sent.

or

3. You have more than one PayPal account and this activity shows on another account.

 

I hope by now you have figured out what's happened but if not, I recommend contacting PayPal Customer Solutions.
