How do I record a refund for paypal in Quickbooks?

I am currently using Quickbooks Pro 2010 and I have already transfered money to my bank account for an order that was placed. The customer wants to cancel it and I have to give a refund but I don't know how to record it in paypal or what steps I need to do? Any help?

Use the refund link in the details page for the transaction.

Paypal should record it as a debit to sales and a credit to cash, if I remember my acounting properly.
