The ship label refuses to print for hours now! This has happened before and I've had to wait for a refund. This is Christmas week and my customer won't want to hear an excuse for any delay right now. PayPal already collected the label fee. If I can't count on PayPal to function, I'm going to stop using it. This blows big time!
I got around the problem and maybe you can too if you're using Vista. In the browser tools, click on InPrivate Browsing. Log into your PayPal account while in the mode, InPrivate Browsing, and proceed as normal. The label printed for me doing that. Not sure why this worked technically, but am darn glad it did.
