How can I print History details?

I need to supply printed receipts of everything I bought to Insurance Company.  (Had a house fire and so many sellers don't include an invoice.)

Thought this would be an easy matter but...

can't backspace for next line item.  Have to sign in again, put in the statement dates, click on detail, print then do the same

Yes, help.  We are a non-profit and have simultaneous runs this month.

I need to print out ALL transactions, but the "details" contains the information specific to each charity run/walk.

HELP!  This should be an easy feature.  The "details" contains our SKU number for processing...
