I used Quicken to sum up all the "net amount" in paypal of all the transactions. I found out there is $1.80 discrepency ($1.80 less than what Quicken shows). So to make sure, I double-checked in Excel. Yes, there is a $1.80 discrepency.
Do you happen to know how I can report or dispute it?
I tried using contact us but there is no choice for "balance discrepency".
