I tried the "download history" option, and I checked the similar posts on the forum already and they don't answer the question for me!
I need to:
1. download a list of the currently active subscribers (users who pay me every month)
2. I need the "Item Number" field that is part of the subscription details (download history doesn't include this field for some reason).
How can I do that? The "Item Number" field is very important because it's what I use to identify the subscription on my end. I spent hours searching for a way to get this before I posted here
