Can I add "funding source" data to a payment report or history?

I am trying to calculate our yearly shipping costs.

The problem is because Funding Source isn't included in the CSV downloaded

data I might count the same shipping twice if the Funding Source was NOT from our PayPal balance.

Does anyone know which setting will allow Funding Source data in a report or history search?

Welcome to the community! 🙂

There is currently no report to do this automatically.  The CSV file will show the amount as a positive value if funds are being added from another funding source to cover the shipping payment.  The payments going to the shipping company would always show as a negative amount.  If you just count the negative entries, you won't include any of the related transactions where funds are being added to your PayPal from an external funding source.

If you're using Excel to calculate the shipping, you could use a function like the one shown below to only sum the negative values in the column.

=SUMIF(range,"<0")
