if you earn royalties and commissions from photography stock agency and they already send 1099 misc (so i already pay taxes on those) how does paypal distinguish it from goods and services and not add to 1099-k, so i dont end up paying taxes on my earnings twice? hope this makes sense

I will also have this issue this coming tax season. I always report the 1099-MISC (royalties) every year from the stock photo agency on Schedule C. Now IT SEEMS, that I will get two 1099's as well.
