can't download csv custom statements

I am logged into my business account.

I go to this url: https://www.paypal.com/reports/statements/custom

I have 2 reports that I have created. I have downloaded the PDF version of both just fine.

When I click to download the CSV version it just shows spinning icon.

I tried Chrome and FireFox on WIndows 10.

In this situation, please try clearing your cache and cookies before attempting the download. Otherwise, reach out to us if the issue persists. You can reach us by selecting "Contact" at the bottom of the PayPal website. Additionally, you can contact us through Facebook Private Message (PM) or Twitter Direct Message (DM).

The internet is clogged up with robots replying to comments with either "have you tried turning it off and back on again" or "have you cleared your cache". This is a wasteful, useless, and inappropriate response in 99.99999% of all cases.

 

As you can see from my OP, I already tried multiple environments, which tells me you didn't even bother reading the OP.

 

Please post something useful, or don't waste everyone's time.
