Why do I have an amount owning to PayPal when I always use a Credit Card?

I have an outstanding amount and I have no idea why and what's its for.All my purchases are via Credit Cards. The last month's transactins have all been to valid a valid CC . How can I find out why I am owning Pay Pal and for what purchase?

Create an Activity Download report:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Statements and Taxes.
3. Click All transactions.
4. Click custom statement. 
5. Click Activity Download.
6. Customize report fields, then select the transaction type (balance affecting option), date range, and file format.
7. Click Create Report.
8. When the report is ready, click Download.
9. Open .csv with a spreadsheet program to review your activity.
