Where is the STATEMENTS link on the ACTIVITY page?

Where is the STATEMENTS link on the ACTIVITY page?  It is suppose to be on the right of the page.  I have searched high and low and do not see it.     I just want to download all of last year's Paypal Transactions.

Click activity and its on the right side of that page under the 4 horizontal lines.

Where are the 4 horizontal lines then?  I am looking for a symbol like the Bullet List symbol  in the Edit Tool bar  in the message tool bar above me.

Summary   Activity   Send & Request  Money Wallet   Deals and Offers  Help  Bell Icon  Setting-Gear Icon  Log Out  on the Top Menu Bar.    In Relation to any of these where do you find 4 horizontal lines?  How large are these 4 horizontal lines?

Maybe it is Browser related? or Cache Related?

Don't see 4 horiz lines or segments or anything on my Screen just the Large Tool Bar Starting with

SUMMARY ending with LOG OUT.

Maybe put in terms of ??% to  the right and  ??% down the frame terms?
