When will PayPal fix the broken 1099-K access for business accountholders?

I have been contacting PayPal for over a week now, and they STILL have not fixed the broken 1099-K access for business accountholders. I show no Forms 1099-K in my account for ANY years, despite PayPal having issued me 1099s in the past. By law, Forms 1099 are to be provided by January 31 of the year following the tax year in question. That's today.

It is unconscionable that this issue has been going on for weeks with no resolution. You're a multibillion dollar company. Fix your [CENSORED]!
