When Is PayPal Going To Stop Being An Embarrassment And Make State Sales Tax Collection Easy?

Stripe has a product called Stripe Tax, which will automatically determine the user's location, calculate tax, collect it, determine economic nexus and remit. Other products, like TaxJar and Paddle, do the same.
Why is PayPal's state sales tax tool so embarrassing? Is there a plan to fix this? Does PayPal seriously expect us to manually input every zip code in the United States and the associated tax %, and keep it up to date?
As of right now, my only option is to get rid of PayPal completely and switch to Stripe 100%. Does anyone else have any other recommendations? I'm desperately trying to follow the legal requirements and PayPal makes it as painful as they possibly can.
