Hello, while using my card reader and the paypal here app for sales I am having difficulty downloading activity statements that portray completed transactions with the item title in the same line as the transaction. When I download an activity statement for all transactions, I have 3 rows for each transaction: paid, pending, and completed. The item title only shows up on the paid row, not the completed row. For our book keeping all we need is the completed transaction, which shows the final net gain from the purchase, but we need the item title in that row. It seems incredibly inefficient to have to go through line by line to make sure the item title is on the row for the completed transactions.
Additionally if I download a statement with completed transactions only i am faced with duplicates which seem to be of the same transaction, only one row will have the net portraying the fee and another row will not. There is not item title column on these statements so I cannot really see what is happening...
Surely there is a more efficient way to go about this, or perhaps a statement that would have this information already more organized? Anyone else have issues with these statements being incredible difficult to understand. Called customer service and was recommended to pay for a bookkeeper... Well, that's not very good advice for a small business barely making it in this economy. Any help would be appreciated
