I am looking at the PP monthly statement for a business that uses Paypal for both purchasing supplies and accepting payments from customers. When reading the monthly statement, I am confused as to what I'm actually seeing on it. Obviously the money coming in from customers show as positive "General Payments" but there are other positive numbers (with corresponding negative numbers) that I'm not sure about. The negative numbers are labeled either "preApproved Payment Bill User Payment" or "Express Checkout Payment" but the positive #'s of the same value are labeled "BML Credit - Transfer from BML". I also have seen a positive # "Bank Deposit to PP Account" with the corresponding negative # labeled "Buyer Credit Payment Withdrawal - Transfer to BML". What does all this mean? What is occurring in the PayPal account?
