Tried to contact customer support through a message and they sent me the same automated response. I'm trying to recover my old minecraft account and they need a transaction ID. I need statements from 2011-2013 and the furthest back I can go is 2014. Is there any paypal employees that are able to help here that aren't a robot/automated message or do I just need to call on the phone and pitch a fit? So far, customer service has been terrible.
