I have been trying to Download a Transaction Report that includes all the fields I need. It only includes one of the fields.
It is a PayPal Button that I have on our website and have done this before. The fields: (Name/Building) is listed on the exported excel spread sheet as Option 2 Name and the customer response is Option 2 Value. These are on the sheet. The one that is missing is From: (Student/Family Name) - -assuming this should be Option 3 Name and the customer response should be Option 3 Value. It is not showing up in the export at all. But - if I look at individual transactions, this information is there. i obviously need this information in one sheet for sorting purposes.
I tried choosing all possible fields in the "Customization" for the Download All Transaction Report - still not in the spreadsheet.
I have done it in years passed, so I know it works.
Please help ASAP!
