Reports/Activity Downloads generating reports with wrong date range

Hello,

Is anyone else experiencing this glitch?  Under Reports/Activity Downloads, I selected "All Transactions, Date range: 11/13/18 - 11/15/18 , format CSV" in the available fields, yet it keeps generating 11/12 - 11/14.  This is not the date range I asked for, and is doing this every time I attempt this.  This had worked fine for many months, but will not work properly today for some reason.

I'm having this problem also. Also when you try to customize this report, all you get is a greyed-out screen. (which wasn't the case a couple of days ago). I've tried multiple browsers and no luck. Hopefully Paypal is working on these new problems.

The greyed-out screen is fixed and now you can customize the reports again, but you still can't get an up-to-date report. You have to wait til the next day to generate a report to download up to the day you need (the day before).
