Payment from the client to my account was denied

Hello, today I informed by my client that the money transfer to my account was denied, with a msg : "Your Payment was declined ".
I was surprised as my account is active and never had any issues but what went wrong . I tried the help section to directly contact the customer service but was unable to get , so i am posting here the issue, to look into the matter and solve it .

Hello . I just tried another way out, by sending a request to my client but still the same issue, what is the problem. I wanted to knw how this can occur while my account is active and free from any issue.
