I can not find transactions made years ago. It is not possible.

I can not find transactions made years ago. It is not possible. I tried through "Activity" and it only take back to a couple of years ago. How´s possible for transaction 10 years old??

Use the transaction finder and put in a date range and ask for it to be sent to you.
