We noticed something we don't understand. At the end of November the total sales on the reports page (for November) was about 10% higher than the money available to us in the Summary page MINUS payments sent that month.
Why is that? The tooltip on the reports page says "Sales is money received including fees" - from this I understand Paypal fees are already included in the total sales number?
What else should we look at to find the missing 10%?
