Activity Report Downloads Problems

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing trouble with the Activity Downloads. For the past couple of months we have seen days where all we get is a "Failed - Retry" result for our download request. Today (4-Apr-2019) it has been happen all day. Our request is relatively small, perhaps a dozen lines per download so I don't understand why this is constantly a problem these days with PayPal. We need this report to do the accounting for the previous days sales. Can't figure out how to get hold of PayPal directly to report the problem.

Same here, and no resolution. RUNNING OUT OF TIME TO DO MY TAXES!!

I just tried to set up a custom report to download all activity between two dates (the time span covers less than a week). I got an email that the report is ready, however when I go to the page to download it when I click on the download link I just land on a blank white page and nothing downloads.

 

There used to be a way to contact PayPal customer support by phone but I can't find the number anymore. I've tried tweeting to them too.

Experienced it for the first time today, have tried half a dozen times always the same response Failed/Retry
Tried the "Retry" failed again, tried creating another request, failed again
Went to their help section, unfortunately their are predefined problems and this is not one of them. There is no place to simply contact them with a problem not listed

Gave up waiting and creating my own report.
