i have a case goingt through Ebay at the moment.but i wont go to deeply into it.just to say ive had no contact from the buyer and the refund they had sent and was being processed has failed !..what i want to know is..why arent the buyers funds held until the sale has gone through?..it seems the seller got my money immediately.but when the seller [supposedly] sent my the refund i had to wait until tomorrow for it to be processed.but i suppose with it being the weekend paypal informed me the refund had failed.and to contact the seller...
Sorry difficult to read from your post who is the buyer and who is the seller as you start of saying the buyers funds should be held and end up saying the seller should refund you ........which is it?
