i received a refund from an item bought from ebay,i payed through my bank card via paypal the payment from the seller has been completed,but its not showing in paypal or my bank account.How long does it usually take for a refund from paypal to go back on your bank card.Thank you.
It's been 8 days since my reversal was marked 'completed' but no money is in my account, I've rang my bank and they told me the reversed payment on the 25th has gonen through on the 29th, PayPal has no transaction showing, what should I do? Where is my money?
You said Bank Card which is slightly ambiguous . What is behind that a Bank Account of a Credit Card Account. i.e What was the funding source . If it funding source is a Bank Account as I understand it , it wont to go back into your account it will return to Paypal Account and Paypal hold that refund for 5-7 days before releasing it . You should seen something like Temporary Hold in the transaction detail / status and they will try and tell you that is your bank not transfering the original money yet (even though there system says completed on that transaction . go figure !). If it was a Card Payment It will go back onto Card Account but suspect it will still be held for "reasons" by Paypal for 5-7 days. In tihs case the probably wont show that temporary hold status on it as they can blame the banks system for the delay as they dont have to account for it .
