Long story, basically I paid for an item via PayPal on the 25th January, went out for the day got home and saw my payment had been reversed, so I contacted a very helpful PayPal customer service person who advised me that it may have been a fault and within 5 working days the money should be in my account, so I did just that I waited and waited however there is no sign that any money has been refunded. I contacted my bank who advised me that the original payment has already sent, however there is no sign of this on PayPal. When I visit the transaction, it says that the payment was sent, held and reversed all on the same day (25th Jan) no updates from that point until now when it says 'Removed' in the Status column, as 'Removed' isn't in the payment status glossary, I have no idea what this means or where my money is?
