i haven't received a refund, for an item that i sent back on the 24th june, can someone help me please

Hi there shyvonne21,

 

Have you opened a dispute on eBay or PayPal? If so you can contact customer support directly for an update on the claim and provide us or eBay with your return tracking information.

 

If you have not opened a dispute then I would advise that you do so. You have 45 days from the date of the original transaction to open a dispute.
