Welll if you have already contacted customer services and they have passed it on to a supervisor then not sure what you expect someone on the community forum to do for you??

Wait for customer services to sort it is your best bet.

Paypal had technical problems on the 28th . It was announced on the Ebay Help Pages. =============== Taken from Ebay annoucement 2 days later -================ Hello For 3 hours on Monday morning UK time (approximately 7am to 9:45am), PayPal experienced a technical issue where a small proportion of customers made duplicate transactions when they did not receive a notification that their original payment went through. This issue has been resolved. All customers will be refunded for duplicate transactions as soon as possible. We are also aware that as a consequence of this technical issue some sellers have experienced confusion with regards to payment reconciliation of transactions on eBay.co.uk during that time. We are currently identifying all affected transactions and will be communicating directly with those sellers that have been impacted. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and will work will all buyers and sellers to make sure things are put right as soon as possible. Regards, The eBay.co.uk Team ============================================================================================

If Paypal still havent resolved your situation , that should give you at least knowledge of the reason and not to be stalled with any attempt to say it was only your problem . They may still be working this through as it was a bigger outage than first annouced that seriously disrupted both buyers and sellers . Hopefully it is all sorted for you , surprised no one from paypal jumped on your post . So .. We can help you in the Comminity Forums even when Paypal direct havent. In fact thats the best time to turn to Commuity. Regards
