refund issue

I requested a refund nearly two weeks ago and still have not heard anything from the seller, i escaleted it to a claim and i havwe still not recieved a refund. I want my money back but i seem to be getting no where, can anyone help?

Paypal do not become involved until you have escalated the dispute to a claim.

 

Then they give the seller a deadline of about 10 days to respond / refund and if not they make a decision within 48 hours of the deadline being reached.

 

If they find in your favour and the seller refuses to refund then normally paypal will refund you if you met the criteria of buyer protection and then they will limit the sellers account until they pay them back again.
