refund completed but money not in my account !

I had a refund for £39.90 from a phamacy and it shows on my paypal account that it has been refunded and was completed but paypal have not put it back into my account and i have now 0.00 balance were has my money gone ? And why have you took since 21.07.13 when the refund was completed and still waiting for paypal to put the money back in my account for what i was refuded for. Can someone get back to me as soon as possible .

I got refund but the company that i cancel the order they sand me email telling me they already refund with proof and at the same time eBay email me with the same information then but PayPal the i already got refund but if not in my bank account or PayPal account,,?,,,,,

Why does it take up to a week to refund? It's actually really inconvenient and poor service

It doesn't, if a refund is pending then paypal are waiting for the funds to transfer from the sellers bank account > paypal > you.

I think PayPal steals money to be honest. Type in the twitter search bar "PayPal steals" and you will see countless people tweeting claiming payplay stole their money.

where is my £25. refund/? DUREST beds have completed it their end it shows on my account that a refund was sent but can not find it anywhere

Hi, On my paypal account I have a completed £3.96 Refund on 1st June 2016. However I cant find it on Barclays account. Please advise, Kind Regards, Jeff

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).

I have the same issue, Transaction is successfully processed in Paypal activity list but nothing shows up in my bank account. The refund was made on 12 July 16. Successfully processed in Paypal but never came to my bank. I even went to my bank and inquired about a refrence number sent to me by paypal support but no help.

Now I am waiting for paypal support to reply. It is supposed to be managed by paypal. The refund was made or not, the bank recieven or not is supposed to be a coordinated activity between the bank and paypal but some how I am running between them as a messenger. If anyone has any suggestions. Please let me know.

Did you get your money back? i have the same case as you.. PayPal support gave me a authorization number which i gave the bank.. Now what should i do?
