I can understand that you have an online account with Microsoft which provides you with 215GB virtual storage space. I can also understand that your Microsoft account isn't working and when you've contacted them they have told you that they can't find your account or any payments, and you would therefore like proof that you've paid.
I have reviewed your PayPal account and I can confirm that following payments have been made to Microsoft Luxembourg S.à.r.l. from January to March:
- Transaction 1C60547531658173W on €3.99 EUR made on the 12th of January 2015 with the invoice ID PI00000CTZ152B6.
- Transaction 46J14583XA938371U on €3.99 EUR made on the 12th of February 2015 with the invoice ID PI00000FACZ4RWE.
- Transaction 0NG087081P665222H on €3.99 EUR made on the 12th of March 2015 with the invoice ID PI00000GURV2YPK.
Furthermore I can confirm that seller on the 12th and 14th of April 2015 attempted to complete payments of €3.99 EUR. However these transactions were declined by your credit card issuer when we tried to complete them with the credit card -XX58. (I MUST SAY HERE THAT THE PAYMENT OF APRIL IS COMPLETED TODAY)
