i am a bit confused i received a payment for an item i sold of £87 i also received a refund of £164 which shows as complete i had a balance available of £10 so in reality i should now have a balance of £261 minus the fees but my balance is only showing £150 is there anyone out there that can give me an idea as to why there is £110 missing from the balance please
