i have paid for an item on ebay the money has left my account but the ebayer has not recived it do i need to cancle it . and i see after 30 days it gets cancled anyway does the money go back in my account
Cancel the payment, your seller had the incorrect email address on the listing, tell them to send you a money request to your PayPal email address and you can pay again.
Advise them that they had the incorrect email address on the listing and that is why they have not received payment.
