cancelling an order

Hi,placed an order for a bike on saturday night..saw some shocking reviews for it so cancelled the order on Sunday morning (company says shut over the weekend by the way) any how..get an email this morning saying that I can't cancel..can't have a refund..and they despatched it today..payed via paypal..anyone know where I stand legally?

Well you can't file a paypal dispute.

Also if the item was not misdescribed you can't always ask for refunds from companies, depends what it say in their terms and conditions.
