can't confirmed my visa debit card.

I'm having a problem with confirming my Visa debit card.When I click continue it shows me this message:

You've exceeded the number of times you can attempt to confirm your Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron ending with my card

what should I do?

You must have tried to imput the card more than once.

Why did you not wait for the code and then put it in just the one time?

You need to phone customer services now and they will re-set it for you.

You may have to remove and re-add it again.
