been charged for a refund??

a buyer has refunded my payment of £82.00 as i sent the product back as it was unsuitable. he hasn't processed it as a refund though and just sent it as a payment, so i have been charged £4.78 by paypal for processing the payment transaction. how do i go about resolving this and getting my money back?

Hey there,
You can issue the seller a refund and ask that they refund you the correct way. Alternatively you can ask that they pay you the difference in a personal payment.

the same thing has happened to me but for 90 pounds how do i retrieve the differenc without going through the customer agin because i have waited two weeks for this refund.
